TBI MOTION's quality control system and green energy supply chain are under patent design with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, TBI MOTION's material and manufacturing-using oil have 10 of RohS II's certifications and 209 of ECHA's certifications, contributing to green production and recycling.

Upholding the spirit of "Letting the high quality becomes nature", TBI MOTION promotes TPM (Total Productive Management), taking "Zero damage, zero malfunction and zero defect'', three zeros as a goal, executing 5S from the bottom to the top, through PDCA circulating improvement pattern, increasing production efficiency and decreasing all kinds of production waste and impairments.

Through TPM's promoting activity, TBI propagates the concept of responsibility, reducing internal (rework, condemnation) and external (complaints, lost of clients' source) cost.
