Social Participation & Environmental ESG

Active Community Engagement: Since 2013, TBI MOTION has invested NT$1 billion in the Shulin Industrial Zone, focusing on community culture and green building and energy standards. The company aims to be a good corporate citizen, harmoniously coexisting with the community.
Solar Power System
In response to the "New Taipei City Green Roofs Initiative," TBI MOTION has collaborated with Power Master Energy Co., Ltd. to install a solar power system on the entire roof of its Shulin factory. This system, the largest rooftop solar power system in New Taipei City, enhances renewable energy efficiency, provides shading benefits, reduces indoor temperatures, and decreases air conditioning energy consumption. TBI MOTION also ensures that solar facilities meet structural safety certifications, including reinforced steel structures and rust-proof treatments, to protect the environment and community safety.
Rainwater Harvesting & Pool Water Recirculation Systems
Water is an essential resource for TBI MOTION. Using the World Resources Institute (WRI) water risk assessment tool, the company identifies water resource risks as medium to low. Located in the Shulin Industrial Zone, the factory has minimal impact on the local community. To mitigate potential impacts and risks associated with water use, TBI MOTION actively reviews water usage processes and seeks recycling opportunities, including implementing rainwater harvesting systems to achieve water balance and establish a sustainable production model.
Park Maintenance
TBI MOTION adopts and manages Xianliao Park, cleaning the environment six days a week and mowing the grass every two months. The company collaborates with the community to maintain natural environments and public facilities, benefiting residents.
